When Job Candidates Experience Social Media Privacy Violations

چکیده
This study uses a cross-cultural sample from the U.S. and China to compare information privacy-protective responses breach in privacy during job interview. Using recruitment scenario, relationships among individuals' concern for privacy, disposition trust, judgment of moral issues, their were examined. Based on multiple group analysis results, this paper find that significantly vary between American Chinese cultures. The findings shed light issues United States China.
